The Property Shack is London based, however we deliver residential, commercial & airspace developments across the UK. We have an innovative approach to development, utilising offsite production techniques combined with precision engineered craftsmanship in carefully controlled conditions. This allows us to develop nationwide with key suppliers and specialists to deliver first class projects.
We are able to create efficiencies in productivity with predictable time frames and costs, capitalise on speed and standardise quality across the breadth of the construction industry.
We aim is to source 1100 units within the next 3 years producing a pipeline GDV of 90 million.
Waste reduction is a massive plus as the UK construction industry is a major contributor to landfill. It contributes massively to the increased CO2 emissions as well, so developing new build properties that are almost 100% recyclable is something we are very pleased about.
Also with production done offsite we have the ability to deliver developments all year round, never having to fall victim to bad weather or the elements causing delays. This can end up driving costs up considerably.
Our objective is to help the government and the Homes England DPP Framework deliver the homes the UK so desperately needs. This in collaboration with local authorities and the supportive communities to deliver high specification builds.
