The Property Shack is a London based SME development company focused on residential, commercial and airspace developments across the UK. Through the utilisation of advanced engineering and off-site construction, we provide faster and more sustainable, eco-friendly developments.

We are currently working on a 40 bed service accommodation development in Liverpool City Centre. It’s close to all the wonderful amenities this great city has to offer.
Liverpool Lime St Station
It is the main station serving the city centre. Opened in August 1836, it is the oldest grand terminus mainline station still in use in the world.
Our development is a 7 minute walk from the station.
Liverppool world Museum
World Museum is a large museum in Liverpool which has extensive collections covering archaeology, ethnology and the natural and physical sciences. Special attractions include the Natural History Centre and the planetarium.
Liverpool One Shopping Centre
This is a shopping and leisure complex in Liverpool that lifted it into the top 5 most popular retail destinations in the UK. It is the largest open air shopping centre in the UK and the 6th largest overall.
St George's Hall
Opened in 1854, it was said by architectural historian Nikolaus Pevsner to be one of the finest neo-Grecian buildings in the world. It contains concert halls, law courts and is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade 1 listed building. It is also recognised as part of Liverpool’s World Heritage Site.
